MY NEXT WEEK SCHEDULE *DIE DIE MUST FOLLOW*
Monday--> 1Hr Cardio @ Gym
Tuesday--> Rest day
Wednesday--> Resistance Training (Full Body)
Thursday--> Swimming with colleagues @ bukit batok after work
Friday--> Going out with colleagues they all for movie after work *confirmed*
Saturday--> Body Clinic Workout, might be going for morning jog
Sunday--> Rest day *Planning to go out for some shopping*
  • Janet is back from Milan already, can meet her together to go for workout liao nor... heehe... Janet wanted to see moii dear le, cause she is like a mummy to moii, i think she scared/worry i kena cheated nor... heehee... so funny le... hmmm...
  • Actually i also dun neo whether Sunday should go for window shopping or shall we plans to go Pulau Ubin for cycling as we nv go there for about 1mth plus liao wor... or shall we plan to go to sentosa instead... hmmm... Moii also ain't sure about it nor...!!! but i really hope sunday still a healthy lifestyle days for ALL of us nor... hmmm... Looking forward to it nor...
